Returns
Items which experience any defect or damage due to an issue caused by Silver Bourse up to a period of 15 days after delivery are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost. Returns or exchanges for wrong items shipped are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery at no additional cost. All other sales are final including items on sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.

It is the sole discretion of Silver Bourse whether a refund or exchange will be issued and no guarantee is made that a refund or exchange will made regardless of the time frame after ordering.

Order changes or cancellation requests can be made prior to 12am PT the day of your order. We do not offer any sort of exchanges or refund for change of mind items after this time. This also includes exchanges or refunds for size changes so please double check sizing charts prior to making your purchase. A transaction fee and restocking fee between of 7% of the total order amount applies for any order cancellations due to change of mind.
