Refund Policy
Returns
Items which experience any defect or damage due to an issue caused by SilverBourse up to a period of 15 days after delivery are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost. Returns or exchanges for wrong items shipped are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery at no additional cost. All other sales are final including items on sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.
It is the sole discretion of SilverBourse whether a refund or exchange will be issued and no guarantee is made that a refund or exchange will made regardless of the time frame after ordering.
Popup Stores & Events
Anything purchased from a SilverBourse popup event or booth will be refundable for the duration of the event via a store credit in the full amount. Cash refunds are not available for products purchased at these events.
Change of Mind
Order changes or cancellation requests can be made prior to 12am PT the day of your order. We do not offer any sort of exchanges or refund for change of mind items after this time. This also includes exchanges or refunds for size changes so please double check sizing charts prior to making your purchase. A transaction fee and restocking fee between of 7% of the total order amount applies for any order cancellations due to change of mind.
Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Goods
Unfortunately in some instances the goods you receive may be the wrong item or may be damaged for a number of reasons during the manufacturing process. An item replacement, refund or store credit can be opted for within 7 days after delivery.
Please submit a claim via care@silverbourse.com as soon as you are made aware of the issue with your order number, photos and any further information you may have.
You’ll receive an email confirmation and once we conduct an investigation we’ll provide you with information on how to return your item.
Faulty or Damaged Goods must be sent back to us for inspection and are eligible for either
- Full Refund
- Store Credit
- Item Exchange
The eligibility is at the sole discretion of SilverBourse.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check your bank account first.
If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at care@silverbourse.com with your original order number.
Exchanges
We do not offer any exchanges under any circumstances outside of Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Goods.
If an exchange request has been approved you must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving an approval email otherwise the exchange request will be closed.
